Indonesia condemns assassination of Hamas leader

Jakarta, Aug 1 (UNI) Indonesian President Joko Widodo on Thursday strongly condemned the assassination of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh that had happened in Tehran, Iran.
"Such acts of violence and murder are intolerable, and they occurred within the sovereign territory of Iran," Widodo said.
Vice President Ma'ruf Amin criticized the assassination during the Hamas leader's visit for the inauguration of the Iranian president as unethical.
