Ghatkopar hoarding tragedy: kin of 17 deceased get assistance of Rs 9 lakh each

Mumbai, Jun 13 (UNI) Maharashtra Relief and Rehabilitation Minister, Anil Patil said on Thursday that the kin of 17 deceased in the Ghatkopar hoarding disaster have been given a total of Rs nine lakh each as assistance from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund and State Disaster Management.
Speaking at a meeting organized in the Mantralaya to know problems of the relatives of the hoarding accident victims, he said that the kins of the deceased have been given help by the state government except for one kin of the 17 deceased, who is yet to receive this assistance.
The concerned relatives have been contacted and this assistance will be distributed to them, he informed.
