FTCCI invites nominations from entrepreneurs for Excellence Awards

Hyderabad, June 13 (UNI)The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry
( FTCCI), on Thursday invited nominations from entrepreneurs for their work done in Telangana for its next edition of Excellence Awards 2023.
Chief Minister A Revenath Reddy will present the awards at a function to be held likely on July 5, FTCCI Excellence Awards Committee Chairman Karunendra S Jasti said in a press conference here.
The last date for paying the nomination fee and also receiving nomination will be June 20, 2024, he said.
FTCCI President Meela Jayadev said this FTCCI’s flagship awards event to promote the spirit of entrepreneurship and these were initiated in 1974 and are continued year after year uninterruptedly.
The award will boost morale, improve quality and production, and earn good recognition for the company, he added.
There are 21 categories in total and this year, two new categories added – Digital Transformation by enterprises and ESG performance, said Jasti (rpt) Jasti.
Some of the areas, where awards will be given are exports, marketing, innovation, R and D Technology, Information Technology, employee welfare, Aerospace and Defence, Tourism Promotion, individuals – Scientists/Engineer, Woman Entrepreneurs, Differently Abled Person Award categories, and Science and Engineering Category, he said.
The Committee is hopeful of getting 200 entries this year, he added.
