UP: Man, minor daughter killed, wife injured as pickup hits bike

Shahjahanpur (UP), Feb 14 (UNI) A man and his minor daughter were killed, and his wife was injured, when a motorcycle was hit by a pickup van in the Roja area of Shahjahanpur district here in Uttar Pradesh on Friday, a police officer said here.
Circle Officer Sadar (CO) Priyank Jain said that the incident took place when Anoop Kumar (32), a resident of Muradpur village of the Sindhauli police station area, was returning home on the bike after getting medicine for his ailing wife Preeti.
"His three-year-old daughter was also sitting with him," he said.
