Telangana BC Commission thanks CM for 42 pc reservation approval

Hyderabad, Mar 21 (UNI) The Chairman of the Telangana Backward Classes (BC) Commission, G. Niranjan, along with commission members Rapolu Jayaprakash, Thirumalagiri Surender, and Bala Lakshmi Rangu, met Chief Minister Revanth Reddy at the Assembly on Friday to express their gratitude for approving two bills granting 42 per cent reservation for Backward Classes.
During the meeting, the BC Commission presented its program details, key issues, and recommendations to the Chief Minister, highlighting the significance of the reservation policy in empowering marginalised communities.
The commission members also acknowledged the government's commitment to social justice and inclusivity.
