Russia's disruption of Starlink in Ukraine may cause tactical shift in conflict

Moscow, May 24 (UNI) Russian forces have been causing widespread disruption to Starlink satellite internet terminals on the battlefield in the Ukraine conflict, which may mark a tactical shift in ongoing hostilities, The New York Times reported on Friday, citing Ukrainian officials and soldiers.

During Russian troops' recent advances in the region of Kharkov (also known as Kharkiv), they reportedly deployed stronger electronic weapons and more sophisticated tools to degrade the Starlink service, the report said, adding that these territorial gains pose a major threat to Ukraine.
