Gandhi's lawyer, Milind Pawar, said that he filed an application in court today on behalf of Rahul Gandhi in which Adv. Pawar informed the court that Gandhi is the leader of the opposition party and has high security. In such a situation, the presence of the person himself before the court can create problems, said Pawar.
