Hyderabad, Nov 13 (UNI) President Droupadi Murmu will be on a two-day visit to Hyderabad from November 21.
Telangana Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari held a meeting with senior officials here on Wednesday on the visit of Murmu to the city from November 21.
She directed the officials to make proper arrangements as per the manual to ensure that the visit of the President will be in a befitting and successful manner.
Police department should make adequate security arrangements, proper traffic and bandobast plan.
The Chief Secretary the fire department to provide adequate fire fighting arrangements and fire tenders at all the venues along with requisite staff, an official release said here.
The health department was directed to make available the services of qualified doctors along with ancillary staff.
The R& B department was told to make necessary barricading and other arrangements and to take up road repairs in coordination with GHMC and Police department.
The MAUD department was directed to ensure cleanliness of the surroundings of the place of stay of the President.
The energy department was told to ensure uninterrupted power supply at all the venues.
