Meghalaya govt requests IOA for hosting National Games in 2027

Shillong, Jan 15 (UNI) The Meghalaya government has requested again the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) to allow the state to host the 39th National Games in 2027.
Chief Minister Conrad Sangma made this request during a videoconferencing meeting with IOA President P. T Usha in presence of senior government officials of the Meghalaya State Olympic Association (MOA).
Sangma briefed the IOA President on the readiness and preparedness of the state to host the 39th National Games.
