In a first Naveen Patnaik is Odisha Assembly LoP

Bhubaneswar, June 19 (UNI) Biju Janata Dal supremo and former Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik was unanimously elected as the BJD legislature party leader in the Odisha Assembly on Wednesday.
Patnaik, a five-time chief minister, will now serve as the Leader of Opposition in the Odisha Assembly.
The meeting of the newly elected BJD MLAs, held at the Sankha Bhawan here on Wednesday, was presided over by Patnaik.
