Delhi court denies bail to Naresh Balyan in MCOCA case

New Delhi, Jan 15 (UNI) A Delhi court on Wednesday denied bail to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Naresh Balyan in a case under the stringent Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA).
Special Judge for MP's/MLA's cases Kaveri Baweja, after hearing arguments on behalf of the prosecution and defence counsel, said, “Application dismissed.”.
The AAP MLA from Uttam Nagar moved the bail application under section 483 of the Bhartiya Naagrik Suraksha Sanhita on December 20.
