AP crime: Police recover lost purse with gold chain within 12 hours

Kakinada, June 23 (UNI) The Samalkot police with the help of information technology have been able to recover a purse containing the gold chain reportedly lost by a woman passenger of Visakhapatnam in Samalkot railway station center, within twelve hours of receiving the complaint, police said.
The complainant Kalipireddi Narayanamma, a resident of Kotha Salipeta ,Jagadamba centre in Visakhapatnam along with her husband arrived by train to Samalkot to attend a marriage at Kakinada on Sunday morning.
While boarding a bus to Kakinada at the Railway station center she lost her purse containing a gold chain weighing about three tolas.
