389 buildings in Raigad district in dangerous condition, residents asked to vacate

Alibaug, June 24 (UNI) After a survey conducted in major cities of Raigad district in view of the monsoon season, it has been found that 389 buildings are in a dangerous condition, the administration said.

The administration has instructed the residents of these buildings to move to a safer place.

Maha local bodies polls: EC to hold key meeting on July 10

Mumbai, July 8 (UNI) After a prolonged delay, elections to the local self-government bodies in Maharashtra are finally set to take place by the end of this year. The State Election Commission has begun extensive groundwork and has scheduled an online meeting with all district collectors on July 10. Letters about the meeting have already been sent to all divisional commissioners. District collectors will join in via video conferencing, government sources said.

RSS criticises Maha govt’s language policy
